Natural cowhide leather varies in grain and sheen, and small differences in rope thickness or clasp alignment may occur. These subtle variations are part of the handmade process and make each bracelet slightly unique.

1. Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, or chemicals to preserve the cowhide leather.
2. Remove before showering, swimming, or intense physical activity.
3. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear and store in a dry place.

Shipping

Crafting time: most pieces are made to order and need about 2–5 business days. The current estimate for this design is shown on the product page.

Standard international shipping: free, usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Express options: paid express shipping is available at checkout to speed up the international transit time. Crafting time itself cannot be rushed, so we can keep the quality and careful checks.

All orders ship from Asia and US hubs with tracking so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Returns & After-sales

If your standard (non-custom) piece arrives damaged or very different from the description/photos, we will help you with a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs.

If you simply change your mind or feel it is not right for you (for non-custom pieces), you can return the item within 14 days from the delivery date. In this case, return shipping is paid by you, and we will refund the product price after we confirm it is undamaged.

For custom-made pieces (for example, sizes or details made only for you), we cannot accept returns unless there is a clear quality issue.

To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when you open the parcel, so we can help you quickly if anything goes wrong in transit.
