Song Brocade is handwoven through a classic jacquard workflow: artisans first turn the pattern into a weave plan (color separation and structural mapping), then prepare and align thousands of silk warp threads with even tension. On the loom, the jacquard mechanism lifts selected warps while multiple weft colors are inserted and switched frequently, so the motif is built line by line directly in the weave rather than printed on the surface.
