We offer free worldwide shipping, with duties and taxes already included in the final price. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

This piece can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we’ll issue a full refund promptly.

If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us first and send us photos or, if available, an unboxing video. FolkMake will cover any return or replacement shipping costs, and we’ll arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
