Behind the Product

This design starts from a simple wish: to keep a playful, childlike heart. The egg-shaped pearl feels like a tiny world of its own, holding a sparkling heart at the center and a soft circle of light around it.

For Love & Connection, HeartGlow is meant to sit near the collarbone like a quiet sign that you are cared for. It’s a small way to say “I’m with you” to a partner, a friend, or to yourself—an everyday reminder to stay curious, gentle, and true.

Materials

Pendant: Natural freshwater pearl (approx. 0.9–0.95 cm / 0.35–0.37 in at its widest point) with a heart-shaped cubic zirconia and mini cubic zirconia accents.

Chain: 925 sterling silver rice-bead chain, 40 cm / 15.7 in + extender 5 cm / 2.0 in.

Craft Process

Each pendant begins with hand-selected freshwater pearls chosen for smooth luster and balanced shape, then carefully set so the pearl stays centered and secure. The heart stone and surrounding accents are placed by hand to catch light softly and evenly.

The chain is assembled and checked for drape so the pendant rests neatly at the collarbone—easy to wear daily and gift with confidence.

Handmade Character

Because natural freshwater pearls are unique, each pendant will show slight variations in luster, tone, and surface texture. These small differences are part of the handmade character and make every necklace one of a kind.

1. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising; freshwater pearls should stay dry.
2. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing; do not use silver dip liquids or ultrasonic cleaners.
3. Store separately in a soft pouch to avoid scratches and prevent the silver from tarnishing.

Shipping

Crafting time: most pieces are made to order and need about 2–5 business days. The current estimate for this design is shown on the product page.

Standard international shipping: free, usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Express options: paid express shipping is available at checkout to speed up the international transit time. Crafting time itself cannot be rushed, so we can keep the quality and careful checks.

All orders ship from Asia and US hubs with tracking so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Returns & After-sales

If your standard (non-custom) piece arrives damaged or very different from the description/photos, we will help you with a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs.

If you simply change your mind or feel it is not right for you (for non-custom pieces), you can return the item within 14 days from the delivery date. In this case, return shipping is paid by you, and we will refund the product price after we confirm it is undamaged.

For custom-made pieces (for example, sizes or details made only for you), we cannot accept returns unless there is a clear quality issue.

To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when you open the parcel, so we can help you quickly if anything goes wrong in transit.
