Handmade by FolkMake artisan Chun Gong, a metal artisan with more than 30 years of hands-on craft experience. His work brings traditional metalworking into functional objects with sculptural character.

Chun Gong shapes each mug by hand, refining the vessel and cat details one piece at a time.

Real Process

The copper is repeatedly annealed, hammered, raised, and refined through thousands of controlled strikes. The cat handle is then fitted and finished by hand, leaving each mug with its own subtle differences.

Real Materials

Pure copper forms the cup body, while solid brass is shaped into the sculptural cat handle — materials chosen for their weight, warmth, and the character they develop over time.

We offer free worldwide shipping, with duties and taxes already included in the final price. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

This piece can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we’ll issue a full refund promptly.

If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us first and send us photos or, if available, an unboxing video. FolkMake will cover any return or replacement shipping costs, and we’ll arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
