Shipping

Crafting time: most pieces are made to order and need about 2–5 business days. The current estimate for this design is shown on the product page.

Standard international shipping: free, usually 7–15 days after dispatch.

Express options: paid express shipping is available at checkout to speed up the international transit time. Crafting time itself cannot be rushed, so we can keep the quality and careful checks.

You can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Returns & After-sales

If your standard (non-custom) piece arrives damaged or very different from the description/photos, we will help you with a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs.

If you simply change your mind or feel it is not right for you (for non-custom pieces), you can return the item within 14 days from the delivery date. In this case, return shipping is paid by you, and we will refund the product price after we confirm it is undamaged.

For custom-made pieces (for example, sizes or details made only for you), we cannot accept returns unless there is a clear quality issue.

To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when you open the parcel, so we can help you quickly if anything goes wrong in transit.

1. After receiving the necklace, open the package and let the pendant air dry in a ventilated place for 3 to 4 days before first wear.
2. Before wearing, gently wipe the pendant with a dry tissue to remove any floating color, and avoid contact with water, perfume, or other liquids.
3. Try not to wear this necklace directly over white or very light colored clothing to prevent possible color transfer.
4. When not in use, store the necklace in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.t with water, perfume, and chemicals to preserve the natural stones.

We are a young Chinese couple, Cecilia Chen and Oliver Sun. FolkMake exists to bring real handmade work in China to a wider world — pieces that feel honest, well made, and worth living with for a long time.
